A prospective Receiver submits and application to the Local Pastor for financial assistance. Along with this application is a commitment by the applicant, to join the Local Pastors discipleship group. On approval of the application, the Receiver attends 20 hours of ministry and training prior to receiving any money.
The Local Pastor uploads the new Receivers profile to Mercy Mandate website, and begins to disciple the Receiver. A Local Pastor can disciple up to 12 Receivers in his or her group, and ministers to each of the Receivers and their families. (Discipleship content is listed below)
Mercy Mandate has 2 functions. 1 - To raise the money for the new Receiver, and 2 - to lead and minister to the Local Pastors. Ministry to the Local Pastors include personal inner healing ministry, conferences, weekend seminars, hands on training, and more.
So this is You... and we can't do all this without You. You have been browsing through our website, and You find yourself being drawn to provide funds for a Receiver. You've seleced a Receiver, You've selected the amount to provide, and have proceeded through check-out. Now what?
After You complete your transaction, Mercy Mandate receives your money, and uses 10% of every transaction, to cover administation costs. Once this is done, Mercy Mandate forwards the money to the Local Pastor who disciples your selected Receiver.
On completion of the 20 hours of ministry, the Local Pastor gives the funds You provided, to the Receiver. (The Local Pastor DOES NOT receive any of these funds.)
Now in the Local Pastors discipleship group, and having received the funds, the Receiver gives 12% of his monthly income to the Local Pastor.
From these funds provided to the Local Pastor, he/she is now able to take a salary. The drawings for the salary are equal to 70% of the total which the 12 Receivers in the group have brought in. 5% of the balance, ($14.40) is given to a Mercy Mandate trust fund in that country.
| Example: | 12 Receivers each bring 12%of their earnings, and each Receiver earned $200.00 this month. 12% of $200.00 = $24.00 $201.60 becomes the Local Pastors Salary. $288.00 less $201.60 = $86.40 5% of $288.00 = $14.40 to Mercy Mandate Trust Fund in Local Country 25% of $288.00 = $72.00 to be used to care for orphans, widows, and poor. |
The balance of the funds brought in by the Receivers, 25% ($72.00) is used to take care of the orphans, the widows, and the poor in the community.

Potential for Tomorrow
- Based on past experiences, we expect to multiply Local Pastors five-fold, every 12 months.
- This means that: In five years we could have 3,750 Local Pastors, representing 12 Receivers each.
- In five years there could be 45,000 Receivers being discipled and creating community change.
- In five years if each Local Pastor spends $72.00 on the orphans, widows and the poor each month, there will be $270 000.00 spent on them.
- In that year, $3,240,000.00 will be spent on the Orphans, Widows, and the Poor.
- If each Local Pastor adds $14.40 monthly to the Mercy Mandate Trust Fund, there will be $54 000.00 added each month.
- That year, there will be $648 000.00 added to the Mercy Mandate Trust Fund.
